Our Container Processing Facility

To ensure that our customers receive their tubing in the same pristine condition as when it leaves our mills, we ship all tubing in fully protected seaworthy containers. When the containers arrive at the port of destination, they are processed through the local customs authority, and then dispatched to one of our warehouse facilities, where the tubing is carefully unloaded from the container, and staged for shipment to our customers on flat bed trucks. Several years ago, in an effort to improve this procedure, we opened our own facilty in St. Louis, Missouri, where we can better service approximately 15 states in the centeral part of the United States. At this facility, we have installed a cantilever racking system which minimizes the risk of damage to your tubing.

Our expert warehouse staff has the ability to not only ship your tubing quickly, and in excellent condition, but is also able to; inspect the inside and outside condition of tubes; measure dimensions, check straightness, as well as many other services. As an importer/ mill representative, we provide extraordinary services that go beyond the competition - to make sure that you receive high quality tubes in the best possible condition.

This facility has 4 container unloading docks, plus a large area in which we can load many flat bed trucks simultaneously. This is a unique facility, and one in which we take great pride.

Value added services

• Cut to lengths from 0.75” and longer, with tolerances as close as plus / minus 0.004”
• Chamfering: on the OD and or ID or both; on one end or both ends, on many different angles, as required
• Special shapes: including teardrop, hexagon, hexagon within round, rectangular, square, streamline, and made to order shapes
• Plating and coating of tubes, such as dichromating
• Tubing for the automotive racing industry
